Suggest Non Medical Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

I am 29 years old and have had trouble getting and keeping an erection. Sometimes I won t get one at all. I believe I am in good shape and excercise regularly. I always lose it while recieving oral sex. Any time I switch positions I lose it as well. What could be the cause of this? I have done research and don t believe I have Ed. Are there any other ways besides medication to solve this issue?

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. ED could be due to two basic reasons. One is physical or organic. Second is psychological. If you are sure your ED is not due to physical or organic problems, then you should consult a psychologist. Otherwise, before consulting a psychologist, consult an urologist and get yourself investigated.

Once it is sure that your problem is psychologic, the psychologist will give you basic counseling and understand your real real for such ED. Once the reason is known, it is easy to treat with thee help of sex therapy. Talk to the therapist openly. I also suggest you, do not act as if you know everything. When you consult a psychologist or therapist, be a plain person.
