Suggest Non Surgical Treatment For Pain In Hip

Is it possible to relieve bone on bone pain without having hip replacement surgery. A family member is about 78 yrs old. Needs a hip replacement, but she is too weak to have according to her doctors. She also suffers from parkinsons. She is in constant pain 24/7. Excrutiating pain. Her subscribed pain medication is just not helping. Can anything be done?
