Suggest Non Surgical Treatment For Pilonidal Sinus

Hi Dipak hope you are doing good !I am suffering from pilonidal sinus from past 1 year & would like to undergo treatment for the same though some of the doctors suggested to go for surgery i dont prefer it since i have seen chances of recurrence are on the higher side during surgeries. I would like to know what is the treatment for this in Ayurveda & also do suggest me some ways where there shouldn t be any chances of recurrences since, I stay in Bangalore travelling to Gujarat would be problem & also i will not be able to visit frequently for consultation do let me know If you know any good ayurvedic doctor in Bangalore so that I can go there & get the treatment done here. I would be very grateful to you If you can suggest me best doctors since I am really confused by the websites, many ayurvedic hospitals, their publicity etc so please help me out to get rid of this.
