Suggest Non Surgical Treatment For Severe Back Pain And Numbness In Hand Due To Disc Compression

I have been diagnosed with a 2mm left c5-c6 disc herniation with slight compression of the left anterior and lateral thecal sac and a cord compression. I am suffering from SEVERE headaches and numbness in my left hand (middle to pinky fingers are almost always numb and the hand goes totally numb often). Im in PT now...will this ever go away? Anything non-surgical that can be done?
