Suggest Non-surgical Treatment For Slip Disc

good day, just came out from hospital due to severe pain on my back. i am diagnosed with slipped disk. i got my mri report and it concludes i have disc desiccation and small central posterior disc protrusion with dural sac indentation at L4/L5. Sacralized L5. my doctor recommend i go to surgery to alleviate the severe pain i experienced recently and a week ago, although now my pain is gone due to the medicines (gabapentin, arcoxia, baclofen) i am taking. is there any non-surgical procedure that can help remove pain or treat my disc problem?
