Hello sir im male 19 i have vericocele in my left side for past 2years now its paining both the sides. May i leave it from surgery.... Can go gym????.......how to reduce pain??????........i didn t get marry....... is there any problem to have sex after marriage......can i mastrubate or don t.... If its possible how many times can i do it in a month??????

If there is pain, then surgery should be considered. avoid gym. wear a scrotal support. you can have sex and masturbate after surgery. Five to six times per month is normal.
