Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
1. glucose 65 - 99 mg/dl after 10 hours fast is considered normal, what is the normal range 3 hours after lunch?2. why normal glucose but too high A1C? For instance glucose 96 mg/dl, but A1C above 5.9 3. There is a saying antibiotics used too often, it will be useless. What if you need that to treat infections? Would it help to change to another kind (but same family)???
1. normal blood sugar after 3 hours meal ranges from-100 -120mg/dl. whatever the food type after 3 hours most of the intaken food get digested and absorbed. blood sugar will remain at normal level after 3 hours in a normal individual. 2. HBA1C normal range is 4 to 5.9 %. 5.9 is not a high value. it shows you are not a diabetic. Blood sugar level is maintained normally for the past 6 months.
3. antibiotics are meant for bacterial infection. unnecessary usage without proper indication will lead drug resistance to infection.particular class/group of antibiotic will get resistance.we need go for higher generation.
thank you hope i answered your query
