Suggest Opinion About Pressure 180 Over 200 From Pressure Reading Machine
I was at the grocery store with my son and saw they had a blood pressure machine. I am 43 year old male and overweight. 5'10" 240#. No health issues that I am aware of. I placed my arm in three times and got an average reading of about 180 over 120. Has me shocked and scared. Advise?

Sometimes people have high blood pressure and don't have complains if it elevates gradually during years.
But one measurement is not enough. I will advise you to mesure your BP 2-3times a day during 5 days. If your BP will be elevated most of time, you will need a treatment and lifestyle changes.
Before measuring at first make sure if you measure properly.
