Suggest Opinion On Prominent Bronchovascular Markings Seen In Both Lungs

Thanks for your question on HCM. In my opinion no need to worry for prominent bronchovascular markings. It is normal variant most of the times. It is due to gravity dependent more blood flow in lower part of the lungs. Which makes it more visible, more prominent on chest x ray. So no need to worry for this. Another thing I want to comment is on enlarged cardiac size. I advice you to get done ECG and 2D Echo to rule out any cardiac cause. Age related changes can cause cardiac enlargement.
