Suggest Options To Treat Open Comminuted Fracture Of The Distal Femur

I have an open comminuted fracture of the distal femur which was originally fixed using an external fixator. That later developed osteomyelitis. Then I had another surgery at UCLA in which they curettaged the femur and put in a metal plate to help the bone heal right. I am now 11 weeks post op and on IV's at home. The bone still has a portion of non-union and the osteomyelitis hasn't gone away. The bacteria are mercer 1 and 2, sudamonis and bactroidis fragalis. What are the chances of amputation and what other options do I have?
