Doctor my TMT report as follows. - Excercise time 7.30 min. on Bruce protocal BP,HR,R Wave rsponce- Normal Chest pain/ Arrythmia- None Cord, defects- None ST-T changes;- about 0.8-1.00 mm horizentol ST segment dpression occured in lerads II, IIi , avF, V4, V5, V6 - ONSET- peak excersise ( HR 124/ min ) OFFSETT 5.00 min of recovery TMT positive for inducible ischemie
Thanks for your question on HCM. TMT is the test in which we are looking at heart in stress and how ii behaves in stress. Main concern is ST T changes. Weather elevation or depression. Anything more than 1mm is significant. You are having ST T changes upto 1 mm which upper limit of normal but important in your case in involved leads II, III AvF V4 V5 V6. this suggest inferolateral wall involvement. This quite large area of heart. And why to take chance. Go for angiography and confirm the things.
