Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

As per your complain and presentation of symptoms it seems that you have got allergic reaction to the toxic chemicals released by the insect bite/bug bite leading to inflammation and swelling, increased temperature [warm feeling] and stretching of skin is due to it..

You can take anti-allergic/ anti-histamines like Cetrizine or fexofenidine [allegra] for reducing allergy symptoms.
Apply Calamine lotion or a steroid based ointment like Hydrocortisone containing ointment to reduce inflammation and soothe the skin..
For pain you can take anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen.
Do cold compresses over the swollen areas.

The swelling will start reducing in 4 to 5 days but in case if there is still no improvement and the swelling further increases while taking these medications consult a Physician as you may require injectable steroids and anti-allergics for relieving the allergy symptoms..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
