Suggest Pain In Lower Back,left Hip And Left Knee After Total Knee Replacement

I had a right THR on 20 May 2010 but it feels very tight when I try to bend down and also it makes a grinding noise and squeeks. I can not touch my right toes and my family have to help me put my sock and shoe on. My right leg is lengthened and I have a limp. I experience a lot of pain in my lower back, left hip and left knee. Is that normal?
