Suggest Pain Management Treatment For Severe Pulmonary Fibrosis And Gastric Reflux

I have severe pulmonary fibrosis and I have many gastric refluxes with aspiration, when that happens the pain is off the 1-10 pain chart and after double dose pain meds and valiam 10mg it takes 3-4 hours before the pain settles and the coughing and spluttering,,what I want to ask should I feel pain in my lungs with IPF all the time now with the shortness of breath.Sorry to write such a question, thank you. I really appreciate your concern, if this is pure fibrosis of lungs then underlying cause of this is very important and chronicity of condition because this may not cause any pain, in my opinion reflux disease of acid need to be managed first, and better to see the pulmonologist hope this information helps, take care have a nice day.
