Suggest Pain Medication For Osteoarthritis

I take warfarin, Paxil, Synthyroid, Tekturna, Amalodepine, Bystolic, and Lipitor. because of the Warfarin I cannot take any anti inflammatory type of drugs. I take no vitamins etc. is Beneflex safe for me with the type and amt of drugs that I take? I have pain from osteoarthritis.

Acetaminophen with or without codeine is very helpful in the treatment of osteoarthritis.
You can try Capsaicin cream or diclofenac gel they are preferred in patients who can not tolerate othrr pain killers
