Suggest Pain Relievers Caused Due To A Humerus Fracture
I fractured my humerus about three weeks ago. I have seen a doctor and was told to wear a sling if I needed it. What I would like to know is there anything I can do to relieve the pain I have. It is not that bad just annoying. Does putting cold or heat on my arm help the pain? Or perhaps rubbing in some pain relief. Thank you.

u can take some antibiotics and ibuprofen for pain van usu pain sprays and take orthopaedic opionion
