hiiiii

u have sleep onset insomnia
require sleep hygiene therapy and medication
medicines that can help is lorazepam 2 mg, zolpidam 10 mg etc

but sleep hygiene therapy is the best way to achieve good sleep
you should follow certain lifestyle modifications like

fix sleep time
no day time sleep
exercise regularly which make u fatigue
meditations
stress free exercise
identify any stress related area and modify it
light dinner in evening
avoid smoking and alcohol
no tea cofee and soft drink at bed time
use bed only when u feel sleepy
read boring materials in bed
light music can help
cool n calm bedroom
bathing before sleep is also helpful
hope u will get best
get well soon
thank u
