Suggest Permanent Cure For Slip Disc

hello doctor i had problem of slip disc in 2001. i was admitted in hosp for treatment i hav been given treatment like traction n medicines after that i got bit recovered now last few yrs i hav started doin gym n plyaing sports also. Due to long distance travelling on bike now the problem again has arrising. wht should i do should i go for surgery or any other treatment
