Suggest Permanent Medication For Pain In Knee And Hands

Sir I am Matibar rahman from guwahati assam.My mother has knee and hand pain.I use lot of medicine but no result I have visited Dr.K.C Saikia Department head (ortho) Guwahati medical college hospital(GMCH).Only vetnosol or betnosol injection works.But it works for temporary period just 4 2 to 3 days .I need a permanet solution please help
