Suggest Permanent Removal Of Scar On The Forehead

     Hi, Doctors,
I have a scar on my right side forehead for 16 years, it looks flat and light in colour, about 2.8cm long, is there any possibility to totally remove it and what is the best procedure? Please help! Thank You

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have persistent scar on forehead which is there since years. I would suggest you to wash your face with cold water and face wash containing benzoyl peroxide twice daily , apply cream containing azelaic acid and exfoliate your skin twice a week to remove dead skin. I would suggest you to consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment. You should go for laser therapy, chemical peeling, microabrasion and dermabrasion. You should go for all these procedures only after proper examination of your skin and proper prescription.
