Suggest Permanent Solution For Acne

hello doctor...i have got fair complexion and vry sensitive skin but i dun why mild acne always remain on my face.when i try some apply some acne cream my face becomes flawless but when i stop using that product acne come back .tell me what shall i do to get permanent rid of this mild acne

Hi,

You said that you suffer from acne and the lesions occur off and on. I can understand your concern for acne. You may be knowing that acne is a recurring disease. So, have treatment for long time with patience.

Acne may be precipitated or exacerbated by many factors. There may be genetic influence.

You have to reduce anxiety related to acne. Have positive attitude.

Few episodes of acne lesions may be there even during treatment. You may continue treatment for few months.

I would like to suggest following line of treatment...

- antibiotics like minocycline or azithromycine in proper dose
- isotretinoin in low dose
- zinc sulfate tab
- vitamin C
- clindamycine,adapalene or benzoyl peroxide gel..apply on lesions at night
- cleansing the face with antiseptic facewash

Avoid all factors that might exacerbate acne.

Have patience for the good result.
