Suggest Permanent Solution For Allergy

Hi doctor! My name is Arup, age about 33 years. I have allergy for last 2-3 years. It is very difficult to survive in normal/general life. I have also done Allergy test. I should take medicine like Alday, cetzine etc. in every alternative day.Have any treatment for permanent solution?
