Hi there.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Acidity can be caused due to stomach or intestine problems like gastritis, ulcers etc.

If you are experiencing this regularly, you can show to your Gastroenteroloist to look for any of the problems as mentioned above.

Avoid spicy food, oily food, junk food, colas, alcohol, smoking.

Eat first rich in fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Stay stress free with yoga.

You can try Sucralfate syrup after consulting with your doctor, which may help in the acidity.

Thanking you.

Regards,

Dr. Aashish Raghu
