Hi.
As per your case history of open pores, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30.
2. Use a deep cleansing face wash like Acwash twice daily.
3. Apply a glycolic acid lotion like glyaha lotion once at night on affected part only for 10 minutes.
4. Other treatment options are chemical peeling with salicylic acid, lactic acid or glycolic acid done by a dermatologist.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
