Suggest Permanent Solution To Get Rid Of Excessively Sweaty Hands

My hands always sweat in inappropriate conditions. Even when I m already in a room with two or more air conditioners I still begin to sweat, preventing me from writing for extended periods and I m always reluctant to shake somebody s hand. I need an otherwise permanent solution to it.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having palmer hyperhidrosis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid eating spicy foods and don't take extra salt in your diet.
2. Apply an antiperspirant lotion like aluminum chloride lotion daily once at night on palms.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like hydroxyzine 10mg once at night for 45 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral beta blockers, iontophoresis done by a dermatologist.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
MBBS, DDVL.
