General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The neck pain is more likely to be due to cervical spondylosis or muscle pull at the time of extraction. Headache can be due to infection in wound of extraction / sinus puncture while extraction (in case the extraction from upper jaw was performed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
