Suggest Permanent Treatment For Heel Pain

Hello,last 5 years i am suffering from heel pain. Tried all types of allopathic,homeopathic n Ayurvedic medicine. But i was not relieved of my pain. 3 months back took an injection n gave me relief for only 3months. Now again the heel has started paining. Pls advice some medicine that can cure this pain permanently. Tx
