Suggest Permanent Treatment For Redness And Itchiness On Penis

hi, i usually get redness ,too much itchiness ,white coating and small vesicles on penis after intercoarse.its really troublesome.wats the solution?my wife has a history of UTI,herpes zoster vesicles on abdomen 1 year back.she is also suffering from vaginitis from last 4 years,get worse after caessarean.she has taken treatment but its not giving permanent relief.....

I also suggest to use cotton underwear and loose clothes.
