Suggest Permanent Treatment For Spreading Yeast Infection

hi doctor . My question is regarding m husband. he has this yeast infection on his back that is always coming back. it looks like light pinkish color and it spreads through his whole back. he went and saw a doctor for it . gave him a prescription for clotrimazole . it also grows on the outer genital area. and it seems that it is affecting me in ways that i always have a yeast infection. do you think that there is a permanent solution for this? should he take oral anti fungal medication or something?

Hi,
For having yeast infection local application of anti-fungal is not enough.
He might require one course of oral anti-fungal medicine like Flucanozole 150 mg once in a week for 4 weeks.
Take same oral medicine for 4 weeks yourself as well.
Ok and take care.
