Suggest Physiotherapy For L1 Compression Stable Fracture

Hi, I am 4 weeks and 4 days into an L1 compression stable fracture from a horse riding accident. I have been very good and had 90% total bedrest with very limited walking/standing unless with crutches. Back to Hospital Monday but don't seem to be getting much advice as to the recovery, ie, physio advice that I should be doing to assist the back to strengthen/prevent more injury, whether I should be twisting and turning in any direction etc or not as the case may be. No one seems to be very forthcoming with any advice and they are unsure whether they will be giving me another x-ray unless I am stil in pain. I am still on 1 x Cocodine, 1 x Diclofenac and 1 x Diazepam 2 or 3 times a day to eliviate the pain - please advise on any physio assistant you can please?! Many thanks for your time,
