Suggest Pimple Treatment For Oily Skin

Hello Sir! how do i can get fairer skin....my skin is very oily..i have many small smaal pimples....recently i used pandrem + but now i stopped using that cream bcause i heard many symptoms..Plz help me to get rid off from oily skin and free of pimples,,

Hello dear,
Welcome to HCM.
I have read your query and understood your concern.

Panderm is solution for nothing.
For pimples, i usually advice my patients clindamycin gel in the morning and benzoyl peroxide 2.5% in night time.

If moderate to severe grade, oral antibiotics like azithromycin/doxycycline/minocycline are advised.

Avoid hair oil application and oily food in diet.
