Suggest Possible Treatment For Aortic Valve Replacement
my husband has a heart problem, maybe sometime needs arotic value replacement.He is 83 yrs. takes .81 baby aspirin, blood pressure med & cholestrial meds. Never nose bleeds in past, but last week a severe nose bleed & seen a nose ear & throat specialist. Burned the blood vessel gave him cream, spray &HamamelisD3 We are in Germany for the summer from US, does he have serious problems??

this nasal bleeding can be to drugs like aspirin, or raised blood pressure,or any local ent problem like nasal crusting
in your case it can be due to local nasal problems
if the bleeding is stopped , no need to worry
otherwise you can go for blood tests like coagulationprofile,bleeding & clotting time tests to rule out for the possible cause
