Suggest Possible Treatment For Numbness On Head

For some time I have been feeling numbness in part of my head, a ringing and sound like crickets in my head, I have been diagnosed fair fibromyalgia and have been taking lyrica 500 mg every night in addition to sabella 50mg in the morning and night and topamac 25mg to prevent migraine twice per day. I have also numbness sensation in my right side, and it seems that the tests done so far can not help alleviate or at least make me feel better, all I know is that I need to feel right somedays I feel so tired that I am shaking and cannot concentrate. I also forgot tomsaynthat whe the pain is too much and I need to sleep I take tramadol.
