Suggest Possible Ways To Confirm Pregnancy

Hi I am really scared that I might be pregnant, I am 17 years old and for two - nearly three weeks now - I have been off the pill but stupidly still having sexual intercourse with my boyfriend. A few weeks before that I had been missing loads of pills in a row, however I have been on the pill for two years and I am not normally this forgetful. I decided to come off the pill when I ran out because I don't think it's for me, so I am thinking about the coil. For three whole days now my nipples have been really really sore and feel swollen, I have been sick in the morning and feel awful now. Sometimes when I am about to come on my period this happens but I am not due for another week and a half, do you think I could be coming on early because I have come off the pill after two years or do you think I could be pregnant?

hi the symptoms which you are referring to are not necessarily because of. pregnancy . they can occur because of hormonal fluctuations in the body like before starting your periods or after discontinuing the pills. the only way to confirm pregnancy will be a urine pregnancy test which will not come positive before 28 days . in all likelihood should be negative as ovulation takes a month or so to start after discontinuing the pill.secondly you must start with a contraceptive and should not practice unprotected sex to avoid any stress in the future . all the best and take care .
