Suggest Precautions For Irritation In L5 Nerve Of Sciatica

Xray shows I have irritation of the L5 nerve of sciatic. I get tingles in foot etc. Seemed to clear up nicely for about 2 wks. then started again. Not painful enough for pain killers but really annoying. What are the does and don'ts to assist healing.





57 years old... did hurt by back lifting about 4 months ago...weight about 118lbs. basically good health, and did pull a periformis muscle about 7 years ago. This time around did some massage therapy but reflexology seems to help the most. The flaire ups confuse me and want to know why it comes and goes
