Suggest Precautions For Mild Bells Palsy

Today i thought i was haveing a stroke when i got to the ER and they ran all there test it ended up being a mild case od Bells Palsy...... im home now and i cant sleep because im worried it will happen again i have never beed this scared in my life and i dont know what to do
