Suggest Precautions For Weak Heart

Hi i have a weak heart. LAD totally blocked even after 2 stents. I need to travel . What precautions would u suggest ?? My age is 56 . Ht is 5 ft 7 inches weight is 78 kg. I suffered a heart attack in 2007 & 2 stents were put in LAD.on 13ththis month i felt chest pain and 1 more stent was put. My EF is 29% Plz advise

Hi,

If you want not to have problems during traveling, you should be as stable as it is possible.
If you still have frequent chest pain, you should visit your doctor to increase your medications' doses.
If you have high blood pressure it should be controlled before traveling.
Also your heart rate should be stable.
And try to avoid dietary changes and big climate differences.
