Suggest Precautions To Be Taken For MRSA During Pregnancy

hi!im working in ICU unit and there is too many cases of MRSA and they are keeping isolated by curtains only only in same room which is we are free to enter anytime,but i am 6th mon. pregnant and i am worried to my health of course for my baby.what should i do not to be frightened more?

I understand your concerns. As you are pregnant, better to handle these patients after taking good personal protectio.

Always wear cap and mask with gloves before touching the patient. Also do not forget to wash your hands after examination of each patient.

Be relaxed and calm. As far as possible, try avoiding icu duties in last trimester.
