Suggest Precautions To Be Taken For Having Normal Delivery

Hello Doctor,
I am 28 years old and tommorow is my due date ( I st Pregnancy) .So far i didnt get pain also my last scan report ( taken on 30 th sep) indicates the position and presentation of a baby as CEPHALIC, and our doctor suggested to wait till get pain , what are the things should tlk care for Normal Delivery ?

Hi, thanks for writing..
Yopu need not worry much. if everything is normal, you can wait for 1 more week for spontaneous onset of labour pain.Inducton of labour will be done with protagladin tablet followed by oxytocin injection which increases the pain. Furthur labour can be augmented by artificial rupture of membrane. There is old thoughts that climbing stairs and mild exercise during this time augments labour. Hope I have answered your queries.
