Suggest Precautions To Be Taken Post Humerus Injury

i fell and fractured my left arm humerous, what steps are commonly taken to assure good healing? I now have it in a sling which I find pretty uncomfortable. I thought I would ask wat the procedure is. I was discharged fom the hospital on Christmas Eve so now have to find an ortho in No. Va. How do I find one who specializes in that?

common practice is to imobilise the hand by puttin on plaster and sling is to be used. you have not given your age and sex. according to present practise plat is to be put and fix the bones. this is done by surgery. after specific time the plate is to be removed by surgery. inthis process nosling is requered. this is open reduction. Forthis procedure you have to be admited to a hospital where facility are available.
