Suggest Precautions To Prevent Hypertension

I observe that I am already on the prehypertension stage. It is between 120/80 - 130/90. I went to see a doctor but he said no medication yet for the moment. As I read many articles on health it is not good also to leave it like this. Could you suggest something natural that I can do.

I recommend a healthy lifestyle and diet to control your BP:
- Avoid salty food.
- Avoid food reach in starch and fats.
- reduce alcohol intake.
- Walk 3 miles a day.
- reduce your body weight.
