Suggest Pricking Sensation Around Legs After Injecting At The Sight Of C-section

Hi, a little over a year ago I had a c-section. The Anesthesiologist poked me 7 times because he kept missing the spot. While this was happening I was feeling shooting pains and "pins and needle" all the way down my legs. This pain is constant no matter what I do. I have tried massage, hot and cold packs, a chiropractor. Any activity sends me to bed in tears at night. I know I need to go to my Dr. but I have no money and no insurance. I just want to know why this might be and what I can do.
