Suggest Prognosis And Treatment For Hypo-dense Lesion With Thin And Active Wall

hi . my mother is a 63 old years, experienced a left hemispheric symptoms including partial palsy and paraplegia in last week. her MRI showed a solid, almost regular round, and hypo-dense lesion with thin and active wall(size:20*30). her doctor suggest streotaxic biopsy for differentiated between TB and GBM. patient live in Iran and the familial history of TB is absent. she didn't any contact with TB patient. she have a controlled hypertension. please inform me about probably diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. please.
