my sister is suffering from minimally invasive follicular carcinoma of thyroid left lobe...she is undergoing surgery of total thyroidectomy today...what is the prognosis of the disease???? which are the possible immediate metastasis areas of this cancer

Hello,For follicular carcinoma prognosis is good , after surgery pt has to undergo radioactive iodine therapy for remaing bit of cancer.thanks
