Suggest Prognosis Of Lumbar Spondylosis, ACL Tear And Medial Meniscus Degeneration

Iam in the 4th week with a problem of Rt sided radiculopathy and I am walking with a cane. I have received voltaren tablets and physical excercises. There is no deterioration but tingling and numbness are troubling. I have Done MRI ans showed lumbosacral spondylosis with complete tear of the ACL of the right knee and complete degeneration of median menusicus What is the prognosis of my condition please?
