Suggest Proper Diet For Keeping Heart Fit

i am a heart patient with avr replaced and repaired two years ago. I am taking acitrom 1mg, laxix 40mg, amlodipine 5 mg, digosin 0.25 mg 5 times every week and ramipril 5 mg daily. could you tell me, what kind of food and vegetables are to be avoided and taken on daily basis to keep my heart fit. You should avoid animal fat, use fish regularly, it is better to eat fish than meat.
Use fresh fruits and vegetables during the first half of the day, avoid grapefruit.
Use nuts. Avoid fast food. Don't eat more than 1 egg in a week.
