Hello Doctor I have been taking one tab of Jalra 50/1000 after breakfast and dinner and before lunch one tab of gemer 2. Kindly advise whether It is ok or over dosage because sometime my blood sugar come down to 60 when there is some delay in food intake.
The gemer and the jalra both contain metformin. Jalra also contains vidagliptin and gemer contains glimepiride.
Out of these agents glimerpiride is the one that may cause you to experience low blood sugars. You may want to speak to your doctor about altering this medication.
I hope this helps
