Suggest Proper Treatment To Improve On Semen Analysis Test Report?

Can you please suggest treatment for my SA report, if I can improve my results if possible with proper treatment or go for IVF as only available option ! I am taking clomid and vitamens from 4-5 months. My SA report as follow: Sperm count 4.80 Mil Motality 38% Total Motile Count 11.85 Mil Grade of motality is 3

Based on the report of your semen analysis that you have posted I would state that you have what is called as Oligoasthanozoospermia meaning there by that your sperm count ,motility of sperms and percentage of active grade one sperm is very low in comparison to accepted range for fertilization of female egg to result into pregnancy .

Unfortunately there are no medications invented so far to increase sperm count ,motility of sperms ,

You need to consult qualified Infertility specialist to explore the possibility of conception with the help of newly assisted reproductive techniques like IVF or ICSI,
