hi doctor i am 19 yrs old and i had acne problem which becomes worse in summer and leaves scars i am having these acnes and scars on my face right now i am using the prescription of a doctor but i am not satisfied with it he gave me just antiboitics and says that it will take a long time to treat i want to instantly clear my face what should i do??

Hi.
As per your case history of acne and scars, my treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the acne lesions as it may leave spots and scars.
2. Apply a clindamycin gel like Glocin twice daily on acne lesions.
3. You need oral antibiotics like doxycyline and minocycline for 3 months for complete control of acne.
4. For scars there are multiple treatment options available like dermaroller, laser resurfacing, subsonic, trichloroacetic acid applications based on type of scars, done by a dermato-surgeon.
