Suggest Recovery Time For A Leg Fracture
Hi , .I have undergone surgery on my left leg due to fracture-middle and distal 1/3 junction "Closed reduction & Internal fixation with Interlocking Intramedullary nail(ATLAS10X330).Operation was successful on 02 Jan 2014 .Now 6 weeks has gone and I went for X-ray yesterday and during the examination "Callus formation was not found .
Q-1 - How long will it take for callus formation post surgery ?
Q-2 When can I start partial weight bearing ?
Q- 3 Found some itching on the left foot (on the surface) with tiny red dots .What could be the reason ?
Q-4 How long I need to wait for the complete union of bones ?
Q-5 How long will it take for me to walk with out the walker support as currently I am on walker support ?
